4MILE (Multicultural and International Leadership Experience) is an immersive, week-long program designed to empower incoming international and domestic students through cultural exploration and leadership development.
Through this dynamic program, you’ll connect with a supportive community, build a strong sense of belonging, and gain new perspectives. You’ll also explore academic and personal support resources to help you confidently transition to campus life.
Along the way, you’ll form meaningful friendships and connections that will shape your Bryant journey from day one.
4MILE Highlights:
4MILE is free for all incoming Bryant international and domestic students.

The Intercultural Center launched 4MILE in the fall of 2006 with the enduring mission to ensure that new multicultural and international students feel a deep sense of belonging at Bryant. The program aims to cultivate a sense of community among these students and offer the Intercultural Center as a home away from home. Structured around four foundational pillars — Personal, Cultural, Social, and Career Development — each 4MILE event or workshop is designed to focus on one of these crucial areas.
