Drawing on over 20 years of experience in teaching, higher education, public policy, and economic research, I apply strategic thinking and data-driven analysis to advance organizational transformation. As Vice President for Strategy and Institutional Effectiveness at Bryant University, I lead institutional research and the development and implementation of strategic planning, ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and goals. Since March 2024, I have also been serving as interim head of the Marketing and Communications department.
My professional background includes work with the World Bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Rhode Island Governor’s Office, where I produced research and policy recommendations on economic development, international trade, labor markets, and education outcomes. I have taught courses in Machine Learning Applied to Economics, Econometrics, and Economic Development and Growth, and I have also mentored both undergraduate and graduate students.
