Orientation

Orientation is a two-day program for incoming first-year students that is held on the Bryant campus in June. Stay tuned for details.

In addition, Bryant offers new multicultural and international students a support program called 4MILE@bryant which takes place in the days just before Move In Day. This program provides connection to the resources and networks necessary for success at Bryant University. You have the opportunity to move in early and get acquainted with your new home. 4MILE offers academic, personal, social, and cultural support throughout your college experience.

Connect

Bryant pairs incoming international students with current ones. This allows you to ask all of your questions about living at Bryant and in the United States of someone who has already gone through it! You will receive an email about the matching system shortly after your letter of admission.

Academic Advising

Corey Larsen is the International Academic Adviser. Please contact him at clarsen@bryant.edu  with questions about choosing your courses for the first semester or other available academic resources.

Intercultural Center (ICC)

The ICC is a resource for international students . It serves as a social center, provides academic tutoring and ESL specialists, and organizes cultural events.

Living at Bryant

You will be given a housing assignment by Bryant; your roommate will be selected for you based on the Roommate Matching Form, included in your Admission packet.

Bryant is located in Smithfield, RI, and the public bus system (RIPTA) keeps students well-connected.

Students can take the bus to the nearby Lincoln Mall where they can shop at stores like Target or HomeGoods, go grocery shopping at Stop & Shop, or pick up a bite to eat at Chili's, Asia Grille, and Five Guys Burgers.
