Title IX Policy

It is the policy of Bryant University not to discriminate on the basis of gender in its educational programs, activities, or employment policies as required by Title IX of the 1972 Educational Amendment.

Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students

Bryant University admits students of any race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally afforded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national, and ethnic origin, or any other characteristic protected by law in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, athletic, and other school-administered programs. In addition, Bryant University does not discriminate against the disabled and is in full compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
