The dynamics of communication

“In Media Studies, I took the business mind frame and connected it with the way that people decipher, internalize, and act upon the information they receive,” says Adekemi Oyalabu ’12, who studied Business Administration: Accounting and Finance; and Communication.

Months and months of research – and about 40 pages of documentation – enabled her to produce her Honors Capstone Project – “Twitter: Businesses Increasing Their Revenues 140 Characters at a Time.”

“The way we communicate with one another can truly change the dynamics in which business is conducted now and for many years to come,” she says.
