Needed in R.I.: a skilled workforce
Rhode Island's latest unemployment figures are the topic of this Providence Business News Q&A with Edinaldo Tebaldi, assistant professor of economics.
In the interview, Tebaldi discusses job creation in a variety of sectors. He also notes that "a very large portion of the population doesn’t have the skills that are now needed in our labor market, not only here in Rhode Island but elsewhere in the region."
