Major Requirements
The Bachelor of Science degree in the College of Arts and Sciences offers the following majors: Actuarial Mathematics, Applied Economics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and Environmental Science. Specific major requirements are listed on the departmental curriculum pages.

Electives
Subject to programmatic constraints, students may elect up to 12 additional credits from the College of Business

*Modes of Thought requirements can be met by appropriate courses in the majors.

**Actuarial Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and Statistics majors must take MATH223. Applied Economics and Environmental Science majors must take MATH201.

A minimum of 122 credit hours is required for graduation. Actuarial Mathematics majors will complete a minimum of 124 credit hours for graduation.
