The Department of Communication offers courses in three fields: interpersonal communication, mass communication, and electronic media production. A good film transports its viewer to a different world or time that offers laughter, insight, and emotional impact. The Film Studies Minor requires four courses that delve beyond entertainment to critically reflect upon the historical, aesthetic, cultural, and social significance of movies. |
