Career Coaching Services Workshop

Learn, Plan and Implement

In this competitive job search environment the road to finding employment can be a long and difficult one. In order to be successful you need to take control and self recruit. Successful candidates understand that seeking employment is both an art and a science. Our career coach will help you understand the process, and share successful strategies, tools, and techniques. If you are looking to transition to a new position, change careers, or if you are seeking re-employment – working with a career coach who can prepare and guide you through the process can make the difference.

Workshop Day 1    $300

• How to Score Well in Your Interview
  Learn the five components of an effective interview.
• Networking Know How – How To Do It Effectively in a Job Search
  Explore the pros and cons of various network avenues which will lead one on a path in developing a successful networking strategy.
• DISC Assessment
  Learn the basics of behavioral styles. Understand your style and how it influences your communication with others.
  

Workshop Day 2    $325

• Personal Branding
  Focus on the message you convey to the world via your resume, 30-  and 60-second commercials, appearance, social media, interviewing, etc.
• Successful Career Strategizing
  Develop a career strategy for today and the future highlighting your strengths, goals, desires, and dreams.
• Resume Revamp
  What message does your resume convey? This program will discuss overall resume formatting and wording as well as resume pitfalls. 

This two-day workshop is priced at $525.00 and includes all materials.  Each of the one day workshops is priced at $300 and $325 respectively.

One to One Career Coaching

If you have completed the two-day career services workshop or prefer a more customized approach, consider a one-to-one session with our career coach. This two-hour technology enabled session is designed to help you explore a career or life goal you want to implement. Together you will create a mini-development plan and action steps. A one hour follow up session is included to discuss obstacles, challenges, successes, and next steps.
