EXECUTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Why or When Would You Consider a Coach?

If you are contemplating a leadership position or need to correct certain behaviors that may inhibit your chances of promotion, then you need a coach. Coaches inspire through a one-to-one relationship that is outcome focused. By combining coaching with consulting, our professional coaches create an environment for performance acceleration that allows you to look at what you are doing in light of your intentions. Together you will create a plan that will help you achieve your goals.

Customized Coaching

At your first session you along with your coach will:

  • Define your goals and objectives
  • Understand the coaching process

  • E-mail contact and/or phone calls for specific questions not to exceed 15 minutes each per call
  • At the conclusion of the initial engagement, additional sessions may be priced individually
