Application for Graduation

Students who will complete their degree requirements during the summer term are eligible to participate in that year's May Commencement Exercises.

It is imperative that all eligible students complete and return the Application for Graduation form to the Graduate School Office as soon as possible, whether or not you plan on attending the Commencement Exercises. Please indicate exactly how you would like your name to appear on your diploma. Failure to return this form to the Graduate School in a timely manner may result in omission from the Commencement Brochure.

Graduate students participating in commencement exercises are required to purchase academic regalia (cap, gown and hood) as provided by the Bryant University Bookstore.

Bryant University will post updated information and specific instructions on commencement procedures on Bryant's Web Site prior to commencement.

NOTE: Degree requirements are audited by the Assistant Dean of the Graduate School who will certify that all degree requirements have been met. Diplomas will be mailed to students within one month after the certification process is complete. If you would prefer to pick up your diploma, please contact the Graduate School Office directly.
