Tuition Refund Policy
Refund Rules
Tuition refunds are based on the date that written notification is received in the Graduate School Office, not when the class was last attended. Telephone calls do not constitute official notice. All faxes and e-mails should be followed up by a telephone call to the Graduate School Office to confirm receipt of notification.
The following rules will apply when determining a tuition refund:
Prior to 24 hours after the 1st week 100%
Prior to the 2nd week 80%
Prior to the 3rd week 60%
Prior to the 4th week 40%
Prior to the 5th week 20%
There is no refund after the fifth week of class. No exceptions beyond the fifth week of class will be made. This includes changes in student status with their employer, sickness, etc.
*The Graduate School reserves the right to adjust its refund policy during the summer semester based on class meetings.
