Bryant University. Graduate School of Business

BUSINESS FOUNDATION COURSES

All students must have a foundation in Micro- and Macroeconomics and Statistics, regardless of their undergraduate degree. These courses are the only prerequisites to beginning the Bryant MBA program and may be satisfied in one of three ways:

  • You have taken classes in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and Statistics with a grade of “B” or better in a reasonable time period, usually within 5 years, as defined by the admissions committee

OR

  • You can take these classes as part of your graduate study at Bryant University, prior to formally beginning the MBA program. You must apply and be accepted to the Graduate School of Business prior to enrollment. One advantage to this option is that the Economics course offered is a combination of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics

OR

  • You can satisfy these requirements prior to applying to the Graduate School by enrolling in these courses, either at Bryant or another institution. It is important to provide the Bryant admissions committee with a course description for approval prior to completing them at another institution.

For more information about these options, contact the Graduate School of Business at gradprog@bryant.edu.
