Transcript Information

Bryant University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web.  Please click here to order your transcript.

  • To place an order for your academic transcript, simply log in to the Clearinghouse secure site. Once you place your order you will receive e-mail updates regarding the status of your request.  The turn around time for transcripts once received in our office is 3-5 business days. 
  • The site will walk you through placing an order, including delivery options and fees.  A processing fee will be charged per recipient. 
  • You may order transcripts using any major credit card.  Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
  • You may order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
  • Please note that we will not change your address in our system based on your transcript request information.  Current students, please contact our office with changes.  Alumni, please submit changes at: updatemyinfo@bryant.edu

Important information regarding transcripts

Completing your request

The most important information you will need to have before you order a transcript is the complete address where the transcript will be sent, and whether you require an official or unofficial transcript.  If we mail your transcript it will be assumed that you are requesting an official copy.  If you require an unofficial, please indicate this in the "Special Instructions" field of your order form.

Official vs. Unofficial Transcripts

If you are not sure whether you need an official or unofficial transcript it is best to contact the party you are sending the transcript to and ask which kind you need. The academic information will be the same on either an official or unofficial transcript, but there are a few differences. The official transcript will bear the University seal and will be sent in a sealed envelope. An official transcript will no longer be considered official if opened by a student, so if you are requesting an official transcript, DO NOT OPEN IT. Also, an official transcript may not be faxed.

  • Make sure that any holds on your account have been released; we cannot send out your transcript if you have any holds.
     

Your GPA

Aside from all course information and grades, your transcript also includes your cumulative GPA and your GPA by semester.
