Bryant University. The Character of Success

Senior Year - Plan for the Future

Congratulations on making it to your final year as a Bryant University student!  While your senior year is a time of celebration, it still includes a full course load as well as some important decisions to make about what you will be doing after graduation. Use the resources you have become so familiar with on campus to guide you through your final year at Bryant!

Graduation Requirements

You are so close to graduation, but there are still a few more things you need to do to make sure you are on track to wear your cap and gown!

Maintaining communication with your academic advisor is extremely important during this time, so the first thing you want to do is schedule an appointment with him or her. Be sure to ask the following questions when you meet with your advisor:

  • Am I scheduled for the appropriate courses for the fall semester?
  • What courses should I take during the spring semester?
  • Have I completed my Major/Concentration and Minor Declaration forms?
  • Is there anything else I need to do in order to be on track to graduate?
  • What post-graduation options are available to me?
  • How can I best achieve my long-term goals?

In addition to meeting with your academic advisor, all graduating seniors are required to complete the “Graduation Application” paperwork through the Academic Records Office in MRC202.  Academic Records also provides a “Graduation Timeline” to assist seniors with completing all the necessary steps for graduation.
