It is important that as you transition to this new environment, you learn about the different opportunities you have to get involved on campus. For any student, the transition is made easier if you are able to join activities that interest you and make connections with people on campus. Take some time to explore the opportunities on campus-whether it is joining an academic-related club, playing intramural sports or volunteering your time for a community service group.
