The Banner system will be offline for scheduled upgrades beginning Friday, 2/10/12 @ 12:00 PM. This downtime will apply to all Banner systems, including Banner Self-Service and APEX. Banner access will resume by Monday, 2/13/12 @ 8:00 AM.
Due to upgrades made to the Bryant Blackboard system, students will need to upgrade the Respondus Lockdown Browser currently on their Bryant-issued laptop.
Simply launch Respondus on your laptop. If you have not created a shortcut on your desktop for it, it can be found via Start --> All Programs --> Respondus. Repondus will then automatically detect that an update is available, and prompt for the download.
If you encounter an error upon attempting to install the update that states that you have insufficient privileges to make changes to the application, simply exit out of Respondus, and then launch it again by right-clicking on the application shortcut and choosing "Run as administrator."
