Any student who failed to come in during our established laptop exchange times will need to visit Laptop Central in the basement of the Koffler Center to receive their new machine.
Users of AIM 6.9 have been reporting difficulty with video chat regardless of the Bryant laptop model they possess. Instead of being able to see the other AIM user they end up seeing both a large and small window of themselves. This is an issue with AIM, and not a laptop problem.
Users who wish to use AIM are encouraged to use older versions such as "classic" AIM 5.9 (which can be downloaded here).
Skype, GoogleChat, and other video conferencing programs continue to function correctly.
