Camtasia is a product which allows direct capture of everything that occurs on a computer screen, making it an excellent demonstration tool particularly in an environment where seeing how something is done can be much simpler than reading how to do something.
In the weeks to come, we will be creating video guides to some of our more commonly asked questions; from setting up Microsoft Outlook on your laptop, to locating the Bryant wireless WEP key should it ever be accidentally removed.
