Password Issues

All passwords currently default to the user's six digit birthday in month/day/year format. Your Bryant student password can be changed via http://reset.bryant.edu

On your first visit, you will need to choose the first option, "Enroll into Password Self-Service."  After entering your email username and current password, you will be asked to set four security questions and their answers for future use.  Two of these questions will be selected at random any time you want to change your password.  The answers you set are case-sensitive, so be sure to select questions and answers you will be able to remember exactly.

Once your questions are set, you can select "Change/Reset Your Password."  After answering your questions correctly, you will be able to change your password.  It must be at least 8 characters in length. Please note: this step MUST be completed for Bryant Gmail to be successfully set up on any mobile device.

Once altered, the following subsystems will be synchronized:

• Blackboard
• Network Registration
• FTP
• DPS Guest Registration
• Pharos Printing
• Citrix
