What is the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is a central location for Bryant Faculty & Staff to go to when they need assistance with computers and their software.

When should I call the Help Desk?

  • you encounter a problem with your equipment
  • you receive an error message
  • your software is not working properly
  • you don't know what to do, or how to do something

How do I contact the Help Desk?

Call x24357 or 2HELP (on-campus only). To contact the Help Desk from off-campus, call 232-6000 and ask for x24357.

Why should I call the Help Desk?

Your problem may be one that other users have encountered, and we could have a solution readily.

Where is the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is located on the second level of the Unistructure, in the Rotunda

Who responds to my call to the Help Desk?

The staff member responding depends on the nature of the call.
IT staff have different areas of expertise.
