Moving Your Equipment

If you plan to rearrange your office and it includes moving your computer equipment, please notify the Help Desk at least two weeks before you actually plan to move. Your office may need to be re-wired or the existing wiring may need to be relocated. This type of request can take anywhere from 3-5 days to complete, so the sooner you notify us, the sooner we can plan the work.

Due to a heavy seasonal workload, moves during the summer should be scheduled 3 - 4 weeks in advance.
