• The Help Desk Technical Library provides another source of technical information for Windows XP, Software (Word, Outlook), Banner and the Internet

• LANDesk Remote Control allows the Help Desk to access your Bryant computer while you are off campus.  This will all the Help Desk to assist with issues you may experience while off campus.
