You may also check out books on-site at other HELIN libraries, please be sure that your Bryant ID has been activated and/or updated; a non-Bryant library will not create or edit your patron record. Bryant does not charge late fees for materials. However, some libraries within the consortium do assess late fees; please remain mindful of this. Any fees and charges placed on your account by another HELIN library must be paid directly to the lending library.
InRhode facilitates online borrowing between Brown University's Library Catalog and the HELIN Library Catalog. Eligible borrowers within HELIN member libraries (including Brown) can request material online through the InRhode Catalog.

Interlibrary Loan is the borrowing and lending of materials not owned by Bryant University or any HELIN / InRhode libraries. This service is available to current Bryant faculty, staff, and students. The ILL office is located on the 2nd floor of the library in Technical Services, Room 222 and is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please call 232-6000 x20422 or e-mail ill@bryant.edu.
Print Material requested through interlibrary loan can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. When your material arrives, you will be notified via e-mail. All print material will be available at the circulation desk for pick up.
Photocopies of an article may arrive earlier than print material and can be sent to you electronically or in paper format. In most cases an article can be transmitted to you electronically. In the event that an article is received in paper format, the interlibrary loan office will mail this hard copy to you.
For these reasons, it is important to make sure your library account has a current campus and home address, as well as a valid e-mail address. The Access Services staff can assist you and update your contact information at the Circulation Desk. Please stop by, call us at 232-6125 or email us at circdesk@bryant.edu
