Bobbi O'Hara Garden
Named for former Bryant First Lady Bobbi O'Hara, The Bobbi O'Hara Garden was rededicated on Friday, May 21 at 1pm.
Designed to beautify the Bryant landscape design through all seasons, this garden greets visitors as they enter the campus, between the Interfaith Center and the George E. Bello Center for Information and Technology.
The garden plants were selected by First Lady Kati Machtley, in consultation with Bobbi O'Hara, wife of former Bryant President William T. (Bill) O'Hara '90H (Bryant President, 1976-1989). The plant material includes a mix of boxwood, azalea, ornamental grasses, and perennials chosen to offer continuous bloom and year round beauty.
This garden is dedicated to Bobbi O'Hara in loving recognition of her devotion and service to Bryant. The original garden was located on the site of the Interfaith Center and had to be dislocated during building construction.
