Richard F. Alberg Room
The Alberg Room was named after Dean Richard "Dick" Alberg, a mainstay at Bryant from 1956-1996. Alberg began his career at Bryant as a full time geography instructor and held many other positions during his Bryant tenure, including dean of academic administration and registrar, and interim vice president for academic affairs.
The first Alberg Room was located across from Unistructure Classroom 358 but had to be dismantled in March 2007 to make way for an elevator installation. The original Alberg Room had an interior window which overlooked the interior of the former Edith Hodgson Memorial Library.
The "new" Alberg room is the conference room located in Faculty Suite C.
Although retired, Dean Alberg remains a friend and donor to Bryant to this day and continues to attend various university events.
