To find government documents, or publications simply go to the HELIN catalog (also available from the library homepage), change the "View Entire Collection" drop down box to "Government Publications" to limit your search.

Then enter your search terms, either keyword, subject, title, or author to search all of the Government Publications in the catalog.

Most are available electronically via a URL to the web page, directly in the HELIN catalog.

Search a Bill by text (word/phrase) or by specific number.

Browse Bill by Sponsor, either Representative or Senator (select from alphabetical drop down box).

Government Printing Office (GPO) Access serves as a portal to the catalog to all U.S. Government Publications. The U.S. GPO disseminates official information from all three branches of the Federal Government. Search by keyword, title, author, or subject.

Locate information by either Legislative, Executive, or Judicial branch.

2007 Economic Census

The Economic Census profiles American business every 5 years, from the national to the local level. Unless otherwise noted, reports focus on the 7 million establishments with paid employees (employers).

Only two series also include the 17 million much smaller businesses without paid employees (nonemployers).

Search the report by series, i.e. industry, geographic area, comparative statistics between 2007 and 2002, zip code statistics and more.

Find the economic census by state.

Enter in the NAICS code to search the statistics sampler for information on the industry you are searching (North American Industry Classification System).

The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. Each volume of the CFR is updated once each calendar year and is issued on a quarterly basis.
