CQ RESEARCHER  
Reports on "hot" contemporary issues (from 1991 to present). Service is limited to 5 simultaneous users.

NEIGHBORHOOD SCOUT  
Includes nearly 200 characteristics in a searchable neighborhood research tool that covers every neighborhood (census tract) in America. NeighborhoodScout can be queried either by selecting lifestyle segmentations such as retirement real estate, vacation homes, family neighborhoods, and luxury communities, or by selecting combinations of criteria. Criteria include: school ratings, home appreciation rates, house values, crime rates, income, ethnicity, and many more. This database requires a username and password and is for Bryant University students, faculty and staff use only (PLEASE SEE A REFERENCE LIBRARIAN FOR ACCESS).
