The Telecommunications Department provides support for room and suite IP phones, Cable TV and Network connections for Bryant Students. 
 

• Cable TV Information - Cable TV Channel Listings, Instructions to connect your TV to the cable, and basic troubleshooting for Cable TV.
   
• IP Phone Instructions - Instructions for using the Cisco IP phone in your room or suite.
   
• Phone or TV Problems - Having problems with your Cisco IP phone or Cable TV?  Here are the most common problem or questions.
   
• Phone Reservation - If you are in a room that only has a phone in the common area and wish to have your own Cisco IP phone in your room, you may request to borrow a phone using this request form.
