Rewards and Recognition Program

Bryant University's Rewards and Recognition Program is centered on building and sustaining a performance culture by:

Engaging staff in Bryant's mission, strategy and goals and building commitment to the institution;
Aligning individual and group performance with Bryant's expectations and needs, and reinforcing excellence;
Developing and enhancing skills and competencies required to support Bryant's mission, strategy and goals, and;
Adopting a pay for performance philosophy and linking performance and compensation more directly.

The core elements of the Rewards and Recognition Program include the performance management program and the performance-based compensation program.
