Bryant University. The Character of Success
HR Connections, October 2010

HAVE YOU PROVIDED YOUR FEEDBACK?
100% Confidential!  100% Important!

The 2012 Bryant University Organizational Survey launched on Wednesday, March 21st.  The survey is designed to gather faculty and staff perspectives on the organizational environment and overall work experience as well as to provide an opportunity to gather information on institutional progress.  The survey questions focus on four major themes:  Decision Making, Communication, Diversity, and Organizational Effectiveness.

As in years past, the University has once again engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to administer the survey.  One of the main reasons that we have contracted with PwC is to ensure your feedback is 100% anonymous and confidential.  You can also feel confident that we want your honest feedback.  Your input is an integral part of Bryant’s strategic planning process and helps the institution determine what investments are needed to make Bryant an even greater place to work.

Once the survey is closed, the responses will be analyzed by PwC and aggregate results will be shared with the University.  Subsequently, results will be shared with you through your division/department.
Each individual’s input is critical to the success of the survey and the University’s continued efforts to make Bryant a better place to work.  We have seen the percentage of ‘engaged’ employees at Bryant increase in each of the past three surveys.  Over the years, we have listened and have worked to implement initiatives which support the individuals, departments and divisions that are Bryant University.  Below are just a few of the initiatives and programs undertaken as a direct result of your feedback:

We value your input and strongly encourage each of you to take the time during your workday to participate.  The survey should take you less than 20 minutes to complete.  You may access the survey by clicking on the link provided to you in the e-mail delivered to your Bryant e-mail account on Wednesday, March 21st from PwC (saratoga@us.confirmit.com).  If you have any questions about the survey, please contact PwC directly at saratoga@us.pwc.com .

Thank you for your candid and thoughtful participation.
