The U.S.-China Institute at Bryant University forges academic, business, and cultural partnerships between Bryant University and higher learning institutions, business enterprises, and governmental offices in China. Established in March 2005, the U.S.-China Institute provides students and faculty with broad global perspectives and experiences and offers China-related services to businesses and communities. The Confucius Institute was established in October 2006 to further promote U.S.-China exchanges for K-12 schools and communities in New England.

Bryant Dragon Dance Team Placed Third in International Competition
The University's dragon dance team placed third in international competition held in Shanghai. This news clip from Shanghai TV includes an interview with alumnus Christopher Neale '10, who competed with the Bryant team. Bryant launches project to replicate Forbidden City's Shu Fang Zhai in Rhode Island
Bryant University and its U.S.-China Institute announced, on May 17, 2008, an ambitious project that will bring a replica of the Forbidden City’s Shu Fang Zhai to the Bryant campus. The new building will be the first authentic replica to be built outside of China with the permission and cooperation of the Chinese government. Read more>>> |
