The Amica Center for Career Education at Bryant University

CORPORATE RECRUITING PROGRAM

Throughout our 146-year history, Bryant University has helped students build knowledge, develop character and achieve success—as they define it. We focus on providing rigorous academic programs that integrate business and the arts and sciences to develop the skills and critical thinking that are essential to every profession.

The College of Arts and Sciences' array of academic programs combines a deep understanding of theory with practical skills and marketable experience so students can make a meaningful impact immediately upon graduation. Bryant's liberal arts offerings expand students' critical thinking skills and global perspective and require students to complete a core of business courses.

The College of Business offers business specialties with the depth and breadth of a large business school paired with the individual attention found on small college campuses. Our array of business programs focus on developing key skills such as working in and leading groups, communicating effectively, solving problems through innovative means and increasing students' proficiency with technology. Additionally, the Graduate School of Business confers advanced degrees in business administration, taxation, and accounting, including a one-year MBA program designed for recent college graduates.

Bryant Students

“Bryant students have earned an outstanding reputation with our managers.”  Carolyn Barton, TJX Companies, Inc.

The students at Bryant University are driven, competitive and accomplished. They have the skills, experience and global awareness necessary to make a significant contribution to your organization.

  • Undergraduate enrollment is approximately 3350 students from 25 states and 50 countries
  • The majority of students participate in internships and team projects that offer practical, “real world” experience.
  • All students take a first year business foundation course where they create business plans for prospective companies and participate in a campus-wide elevator pitch competition, where they have 90 seconds to “pitch” their business ideas to a panel of executives. As part of their second year curriculum, all students work directly with a non-profit organization to create business plans and fundraising initiatives.
  • Bryant students are actively engaged in campus and community activities that facilitate the development of key leadership and citizenship skills essential for success in all professions.
  • Students develop global awareness through the Sophomore International Experience, Study Abroad, international internships, the International Business major, and offerings through campus-based global institutes – The John H. Chaffee Center for International Business, The RI Export Assistance Center, and The US – China Institute.
