You are invited to participate in Bryant's annual career fair - typically a "sold-out" employer event, attended by over 700 students. Early registration is recommended!

Employers with current or anticipated paid, full-time opportunities, summer jobs and/or internships are invited to attend.

We also encourage advance promotion of typical fall 2012 recruiting opportunities for next year's students.

How do I register?

Complete the online registration form and payment information.You will receive an initial system confirmation that you have registered.

After reviewing your online registration, the Amica Center will contact you via email regarding confirmation / approval of your registration.

We will determine participation of organizations based on space availability and an appropriate mix of industries and opportunities.
What is the registration fee?
-
For-profit Organizations: $195.00
-
Nonprofit Organizations: $ 95.00
What does my registration fee include?
-
The fee covers the cost of participation for two (2) representatives from your organization and includes a table, two chairs, signage and a buffet dinner for both representatives.

Additional representatives: $25.00 per person (up to two) for all participating organizations.

To prepare for space and catering needs, all representatives must be registered in advance through the online registration system.
What is the registration deadline and payment process?

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 or until the Fair is sold out.

You may process payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) as part of the online registration or print an invoice at the end of the online registration and
submit payment by check.

Credit card information will not be processed until your registration has been confirmed by the Amica Center for Career Education.

If paying by check, do not forward payment until your registration has been confirmed/approved.

Confirmed registrants that have not paid will be wait-listed until payment is received.

When can I set-up my display?

You may set-up your display beginning at 4:00pm on Wednesday, February 29th. During that time a buffet dinner will be available to you.
Can I request an electrical outlet or equipment?

Electrical outlets are available in limited quantities and will be provided on a first come, first served basis; indicate any such requests in your online registration. Wireless
access is available should you wish to bring a laptop.
How do I Ship or Return Career Fair Materials?

All materials to be returned to your organization by our shipping department must have a pre-addressed shipping label completed by your organization including your
account number. Please supply a label for each package you plan to return by your carrier.

We are unable to ship materials without the above information. Please note we are not responsible for materials left behind without pre-arrangements for shipping.
How many organizations will be able to participate in Career Fair 2012?

Due to space limitations, 90-100 organizations will be able to participate in Career Fair 2012.
How many students do you anticipate will be in attendance at Career Fair 2012?

Career Fair attendance typically ranges from 600-700 students (undergraduate and graduate students).
