CORPORATE RECRUITING PROGRAM

The Corporate Recruiting Program consists of both on-campus interviews and off-campus interviews for full-time professional-level positions conducted during the fall and spring semesters. Each year more than 400 employers participate in the Corporate Recruiting Program including more than 150 employers who conduct on-campus interviews at Bryant.

Who is Eligible to Participate in the Corporate Recruiting Program?

Full-time seniors and graduate students who will graduate by May 2011 are eligible to participate in the Corporate Recruiting Program.

Is the Corporate Recruiting Program for Me?

As a graduating senior/graduate student, your job search should be comprehensive and utilize all resources available to you. A part of your search should include participation in the Bryant University Corporate Recruiting Program. All aspects of the Corporate Recruiting Program are managed via our online system, the Bryant Career Connection (BCC).

What do I have to do to Participate in the Program?

To participate in the program, it is MANDATORY that eligible SENIORS AND GRADUATE STUDENTS attend an ORIENTATION TO THE CORPORATE RECRUITING PROGRAM SESSION and follow the instructions provided at that session. Orientation session dates are advertised in direct mail bulletins to seniors, in direct mail letters to graduate students, on the BCC events calendar and on our Events Calendar. All orientation sessions will be held in the Career Center's Presentation Room and will last approximately one hour.
