The Drug-Free Campus Program

As an institution of higher education, Bryant University prohibits the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, or alcohol on the Bryant University campus by faculty members, students, staff members and administrators. All members of the campus community are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as all applicable policies contained in the student handbook, Residence Hall Occupancy and Board Agreement, Faculty Federation Contract, and other documents, when on the campus, or during University-related activities off campus. Violations of these policies or laws by students may result in sanctions up to and including permanent dismissal from the University (expulsion). Violation of these policies or laws by employees of the college may result in irrevocable termination of employment.
