Leadership
Membership in a fraternity or sorority can present the college student many opportunities for leadership which he or she may not otherwise find. Considering all of the options a student has in a college environment, Greeks offer the greatest opportunity for leadership development. Running a fraternity or sorority is in some ways like running a business. They not only provide training in the principals of leadership, but fraternities and sororities give a student the hands on experience in which these principals may be put into practice.
The Bryant University community looks to the Greek system to provide top leaders as well as strong alumni. There are multiple leadership opportunities through each chapter, the Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils, GAMMA and The Order of Omega.
