Fraternity and Sorority recruitment is the process of attending events sponsored by the organizations, getting to know members and determining if Greek Life is for you!

The Bryant University Greek System began having Deferred Recruitment during the 2005-2006 school year and will continue this for years to come. First semester freshmen are welcome to attend any Greek Life sponsored events on campus, but they need to wait until second semester to participate in Recruitment and New Member Education. Greek Life has chosen this method of recruitment to give new students the opportunity to get acclimated to campus before making the commitment to join a Greek organization.
