Accommodations: Students will receive your permanent room assignment when you arrive so be prepared to move in for the year. All meals will be provided during the program. Commuters may arrange for temporary on-campus housing for the duration of the program ONLY. For a suggested list of what you will need for your room, check out the What to Bring list. For students traveling from abroad or who are unable to bring everything they need, opportunities to shop for necessities will take place during the 4MILE program.

For parents and families, the Smithfield, Rhode Island Hampton Inn & Suites is offering a discounted rate through August 30, 2011. The hotel is located less than 1 mile from campus and offers complimentary full breakfast, indoor heated pool, and is the only hotel in the area with free shuttle service to the nearby Lincoln Mall. If you will be traveling by plane, please send your flight itinerary to the ICC office at iccfriends@bryant.edu so that we will know when to expect you.
