Area/Resident Directors
Area/Resident Directors are full time professionals who are responsible for the daily operations in the residence halls. Each has earned his/her Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or Counseling, and possesses specialized talents in helping students navigate the college experience.
Area/Resident Directors supervise the student Resident Assistant (RA) staff, adjudicate student discipline cases, provide mediation and support services to resident students, and oversee social and educational programs offered in the residence halls. The Area/Resident Director staff members live on Bryant's campus to serve as a university official in case of after-hours emergencies in the residential areas.
