Opening Weekend 2011

Welcome to the Bryant campus community! In the coming weeks you will be preparing to return to campus or move in for the very first time. We want to make sure that you have all the information you will need for your arrival.

We ask that all students and families review the list of prohibited items prior to purchasing or bringing items to campus. The list has been updated and changed; we strongly encourage upperclass students to review the list so they are not surprised on move-in day

Mailed home with your fall housing assignment was the Campus Arrival Brochure, outlining the change to the early arrival policy in the Terms and Conditions of the Occupancy and Board Contract.

Early Arrival

Over the past few years we have had numerous requests to arrive early to campus, but unfortunately, we are unable to grant those requests for a few very important reasons. Bryant residence halls are a bustling and dynamic place all summer long and to ensure that rooms are prepared and inspected properly, we cannot allow students to move in before their designated date.

Students and families will need to make arrangements to arrive on or after their assigned date of campus arrival.
