Under 18 Guest Registration

For the Bryant Student Host:

There will be no underage guests allowed on campus during the weekend of December 16-18 due to the final exam period.

If you plan to host a guest who is under the age of 18, your guest must receive prior approval from the Associate Dean/Director of Residence Life.
Requests due: Wednesday by 4pm

Procedure for requesting an underage guest:

1. Complete a guest pass on the DPS website
2. Come to the Office of Residence Life and complete an underage guest request
   • Bring the guest's parent/guardian information & contact number with you

Deadlines & Policies

• Underage guest requests must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life no later than 4 pm on the Wednesday prior to the guest’s arrival.
• If a guest's parent/guardian does not speak directly to the Associate Dean or designee, the guest will not be approved to come to campus.
• Underage guests who have not been approved through the Associate Dean will be turned away at the Entry Control Station.

For the Under 18 Guest's Parent/Guardian:

We welcome your son or daughter to visit campus, but we do need to discuss their visit with you prior to their arrival on campus.

If the Associate Dean/Director of Residence Life or their designee is not able to make contact with you prior to 4pm on Friday, we regrettably cannot approve their guest registration.

Some of the topics we will talk about:

• Your consent for your son or daughter to be present on campus
• Our expectations of their visit to our campus
• Emergency contact information
• After-hours resources available to you, should you need to contact someone while your son or daughter is on campus
