Diya Das

Diya Das is the Associate Dean of the College of Business and Professor of Management at Bryant University. She completed her Ph.D. from Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. Her research explores complex identity negotiations under conditions of globalization of work. Her work appears in Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and International Journal of Human Resource Management among many others. In 2007, she received the Carolyn Dexter Best International Paper for her research from the Organizational Behavior division of the Academy of Management. Her teaching interests are in areas of Global Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Employment Relations and International Business. She received the Best Teacher Award from Bryant University in 2016. She is also a visiting professor for International Organizational Behavior at Aalto University in Finland. She loves to travel, read and cook and lives in Providence, Rhode Island with her husband and son.
