College of Business Dean Madan Annavarjula named VP of Northeast Business Deans Association

SMITHFIELD, RI – Bryant University’s College of Business Dean Madan Annavarjula, Ph.D., was named First Vice President and Program Chair for the Northeast Business Deans' Association (NEBDA) .

NEBDA’s mission is to promote and to enhance collegiate education in business in the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada, including sharing best practices for issues facing business educators. Its current membership includes 40 universities from Northeastern US and Canada.

As vice president and program chair, his role will be to spearhead the planning of the organization’s annual conference to be held in Quebec City in late September 2018. 

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve in this leadership position,” said Annavarjula. “I look forward to collaborating with my NEBDA colleagues as we continue to explore ways to navigate the changing currents in higher education and learn from one another's best practices.”
