Andrea Boggio

I am a Professor of Legal Studies. I teach graduate and undergraduate courses in law with a focus on business and health law.

My research focuses on science, technology, and innovation policy, with a particular emphasis on the legal and ethical aspects of biosciences.

My most recent book is The Human to Science: History, Development and Normative Content (Oxford University Press, 2024).

I am an Associate Editor of Human Reproduction (a European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology publication), a member of the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Science & Technology Policy Fellowship (MASTPF) (an initiative led by the Scientific Citizenship Initiative), a member of the College Board’s College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) Business Law Test Development Committee, and a consultant for the Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA) Foundation.

I am a member of the New York Bar and a practicing attorney.
