The philanthropic contributions of many of our alumni, parents, and friends qualify them for membership in one of our Giving Societies:

Leadership Council

The Bryant Leadership Council (BLC) comprises individuals who have made gifts of $1,000 or more in support of any area of the University. We thank these leaders and all of our donors for their generous support, ensuring our students have an enhanced experience at Bryant University.

Parents Leadership Council

Parents who make annual gifts of $2,500 or more are members of the Parents Leadership Council and play an integral role in strengthening Bryant’s reputation through philanthropic support, admission outreach, and special event participation.

1863 Society

If you have already arranged for Bryant in your estate plan, please complete the Estate Commitment form so that we may honor you as a member of the 1863 Society. You will receive all membership benefits except public recognition if you prefer anonymity.

Members receive invitations to special events, inclusion in the Bryant University Honor Roll of Donors, and a special 1863 Society memento.

Consecutive Giving Society: 3+ Years of Giving

In fiscal year 2023, 2,153 alumni, parents, and friends who comprise our Consecutive Giving Society have made a gift to Bryant for the past three or more consecutive years. Each year, their loyal and steadfast support ensures that our academic programs and cutting-edge initiatives can adapt and remain aligned with our mission to support and educate Bryant students in a rapidly changing world.

Gifts of Securities:
Gifts of securities such as stocks, mutual fund shares, or other appreciated assets can be a tax-efficient method for making a gift to Bryant University. In most instances, you can take a tax deduction for the full market value of a gift of securities and avoid any capital gains tax.

If the stock is held electronically in a brokerage account, please instruct your broker to transfer the stock as detailed on this form.

As the official annual fundraising arm of Bryant Athletics, the Black & Gold Club provides operational, scholarship, and margin of excellence resources for all 25 varsity programs and club sports. Through its efforts, the Black & Gold Club and its membership support Bryant University by allowing our more than 700 student-athletes to be leaders in their sports, excel in the classroom, and give back to the community with determination, commitment, and integrity.
