What does direct admission mean?

Students applying under the 3+1 program will be reviewed for academic fit by the Office of Graduate Admission without comparison to the larger applicant pool. Students who maintain a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher will be guaranteed acceptance to the Bryant one-year MBA program provided all application materials are submitted.

Am I able to take MBA classes as an undergraduate?

No. Students cannot start the Bryant MBA program without a completed undergraduate BSBA degree.

Will my Financial Aid and Scholarship package carry over to the MBA program?

Yes. Your financial aid and scholarship package will carry over into the MBA program provided that you have maintained your cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and have applied and enrolled in the MBA program by the January 15 deadline.

What transcripts are needed?

Students are required to submit transcripts from the following institutions you attend even if a degree was not awarded: community colleges, undergraduate institutions, institutions attended for summer or evening courses, institutions from which you rook a college-level course while in high school, and international transcripts if applicable.

For additional information regarding transcripts, please contact your academic advisor.

Am I able to join the 3+1 program as a Bryant sophomore?

Due to the accelerated nature of the program, students who would like to opt-into the 3+1 program as a sophomore will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Students must contact their academic advisor to discuss academic planning.

Are transfer students eligible?

Yes, transfer students are eligible provided they meet all program academic requirements. Students are encouraged to contact their academic advisor to discuss academic planning.

If I change my mind, am I able to opt out of the program?

Yes, the structure of the 3+1 program will allow students to opt-out at any time. Students who opt-out must contact their academic advisor to discuss their options and continue their Bryant undergraduate degree requirements following a traditional four-year timeline.

Will opting out affect any scholarships received from Bryant?

Any Bryant academic scholarship that was awarded is renewable up to four years (eight semesters), provided that you maintain full-time (at least 12 credits) enrollment status and the cumulative grade point average on the scholarship letter your receive from the office of admission.

What if I have additional questions about the Bryant 3+1 program?

Current students should consult with their academic advisor with any questions regarding the program or academic planning.
