For School Counselors
The best way to know if Bryant will be a good fit for your students is by spending some time on our campus. If you are traveling to the Rhode Island area, we'd love for you to visit Bryant. Take a campus tour, attend an information session, and meet with a counselor. How else might we be able to help?
Application Deadlines
Bryant University accepts applications for Early Decision I, Early Action, Early Decision II and Regular Decision.
If you want to check the status of your students’ applications to make sure we have received all of the required items, please email admission@bryant.edu. We are also using Slate.org for school counselors to check on the application statuses throughout the admission process. For more information, visit Slate.org.
Visit the Contact an Admission Counselor page to find the admission counselor who will be reviewing your students' applications.
Follow us on Facebook or Twitter, or take a look at the calendar of events. You also might be interested in signing up to receive Bryant Competes, our e-newsletter for guidance counselors. To be added to the mailing list, contact us at admission@bryant.edu.
Each April, the Rhode Island Association of Admission Officers (RIAAO) hosts a tour of 10 Rhode Island colleges and universities. If you are interested in spending four days in the Ocean State learning about all the unique opportunities for higher education offered in Rhode Island, please contact the Admission Office to have us add your name to the mailing list.
If Bryant is your student's first-choice university, we encourage him or her to apply Early Decision. In addition to receiving admission notification by Dec. 1, students who filed an estimated financial aid form will receive scholarship notification and an estimated financial aid package. By applying Early Decision, students agree that, if admitted, they will withdraw all other college applications and enroll at Bryant University. A commitment deposit is due by Jan. 2, 2023.
If Bryant is one of your student's top choices, we encourage him or her to apply Early Action. In addition to receiving admission notification mid-January, students will receive scholarship notification along with their admission decision. Early action is non-binding, which means students get early notification, but their commitment deposit is not due until May 1, 2023.
If during your student's college search, Bryant becomes his or her first-choice university after the Nov. 1 Early Decision I deadline, he or she still has the opportunity to be considered as an Early Decision applicant through our Early Decision II program. Applicants will be notified by Feb. 15, and will receive scholarship notification. Those who filed an estimated financial aid form will also receive an estimated financial aid package. By applying Early Decision II, your student agrees that, if admitted, he or she will withdraw all other college applications and enroll at Bryant University. A commitment deposit is due by March 13, 2023. All Early Decision applicants must submit the Early Decision Agreement Form.
Students applying Regular Decision will receive notification by the third week in March and must postmark their commitment deposit by May 1, 2023. Applicants will receive notification if they have been awarded a scholarship, and those who filed a FAFSA will receive a financial aid package.
