Living in the residence halls is an important part of your Bryant experience. Your living space is more than where you sleep — it’s your home for a thriving academic and social community.
Bryant has 18 progressive residence halls, from traditional first-year housing and suites to more than 100 townhouse-style apartments for upperclass students. Housing is available all four years, with 85% of undergraduates living on campus. We also offer gender-inclusive housing options and signature programs, like the Women’s Leadership Living and Learning Community. Another perk — laundry is free!

First-Year Housing
To ease the transition into college life, first-year students live together, fostering connections and personal development. You’ll enjoy standard amenities such as an extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, bureau, and wireless internet. Halls feature card-access entry, laundry, study rooms, and social lounges. Most students share double rooms, though some live in triples, quads, or suite-style halls.
First-year students are not required to live on campus. You’ll receive housing and roommate-matching forms following payment of your Bryant acceptance deposit. Please note that no separate housing deposit is required.

Senior Housing
Seniors traditionally live in the townhouses, which are set apart from the rest of campus. Townhouses include both single and double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Meal plans are not required for townhouse residents but still available for those who want one. The townhouses provide seniors with an exciting and independent experience that prepares them for living on their own after graduation.
