Our Mission

The Bryant University Student Government exists to elevate the student experience by serving as the voice of all full-time undergraduate students. Ranked No. 12 Most Active Student Government by Princeton Review, we are committed to listening, advocating, and acting on behalf of the student body—working closely with university leadership to shape policies and drive meaningful change. Through responsible management of the Student Involvement Fee, we ensure fair funding and support for student organizations. As a truly student-led organization, we champion leadership, inclusion, and active participation in the decisions that shape our campus community.

Events and Activities

Bryant University’s Student Government is committed to creating a more connected, inclusive, and engaging campus environment. Through signature events, committee-led initiatives, and collaborations with other student organizations, we work to bring the student voice forward and foster a strong sense of community. Below are a few highlights of our major annual events:

Pumpkin Fest

Hosted by the Academic Affairs Committee in partnership with the Office of the Provost, Pumpkin Fest is a fun and festive fall event designed to bring the community together. Students are encouraged to share feedback about campus life and meet with faculty and staff. The event also features pumpkin carving, food trucks, and other fall-themed activities to make it both productive and enjoyable.

Day of Understanding

On Bryant’s annual Day of Understanding, a committee organizes a special event to support campus-wide conversations on community and belonging. Student Government invites a guest speaker to engage students in thought-provoking discussion, promoting an open and educational environment for dialogue and growth.

Additional Initiatives and Support

  • Archie’s Birthday: Led by the Student Life Committee, this event celebrates our beloved mascot while recognizing the important work of the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
  • Facilities Appreciation Day & Safety Walks: We participate in events that highlight and support essential campus services and safety.
  • Co-Sponsorships: Student Government proudly co-sponsors events organized by other student organizations, providing funding, promotion, and collaborative support.
  • Advocacy & Feedback: All committees collect student feedback and work closely with administration to address concerns, implement changes, and improve the campus experience.

Late Night Breakfast

Late Night Breakfast is a campus-wide event for all Bryant students. Held every fall and spring before finals week, this event aims to help the Bryant community de-stress and relax before their upcoming exams. This event is filled with delicious breakfast food, prizes, music, and more
