Internships and Career Prep

Internships are designed to be accessible, flexible, and connected to your goals. First-time undergraduate students can earn up to six internship credits during winter or summer at no additional tuition cost — removing financial barriers and expanding access to real-world experience. Whether your internship is paid or unpaid, for credit or not, in-person, hybrid, or fully remote, our advisors help you evaluate roles, prepare strong applications, and make the most of each opportunity. Students pursuing unpaid or low-paid summer internships can also apply for the Summer Internship Fellowship, which provides up to $3,000 to selected applicants to support transformative experiences.

From your first semester to your first job offer, the Amica Center gives you the tools and confidence to succeed. Meet one-on-one with career coaches to explore majors, understand industries, and shape your internship or job search strategy. Build a polished professional presence through resume and LinkedIn reviews, and strengthen your interviewing skills with mock interviews and personalized feedback. On-demand videos, guides, and resources are available anytime to help you take your next step with clarity and purpose.

Bryant’s international students receive dedicated support as they prepare for internships and careers in the United States and around the world. The Amica Center for Career Education partners with the Office of International Students and Scholars to help students navigate the U.S. job market and connect with employers who value global perspectives.

Opportunities to connect with employers happen year-round at Bryant. Fall and spring career fairs bring more than 100 organizations to campus — giving you direct access to talent-seeking companies across industries. You’ll also meet employers during industry nights, information sessions, classroom visits, and alumni panels. Site visits to companies in Boston, Providence, New York, and beyond offer a behind-the-scenes look at workplace culture and help you envision where your career could lead.
